浙商集结风云动。11月29日至30日，第四届世界浙商大会在杭州举行，共话创业创新。

　　“今天的时代，是最佳的经商时代！”阿里巴巴董事局主席马云在世界浙商论坛上掷地有声的一句话，道出了企业家的心声。正如马云所说，今天的企业家面临着无数机会，在国际上，“一带一路”建设给企业家带来了巨大机遇；在国内，供给侧结构性改革给每个市场主体带来新的机会。

　　今天的浙商，进入新时代，面临新机遇与新挑战。几百年前宁波帮、龙游帮、南浔商人以浙商独有的创业精神与创新能力，走向世界。而今，“一带一路”建设征程上，传来捷报声声：马云倡议的eWTP落地海外，李书福的汽车工厂延展到了白俄罗斯，健盛集团在越南打造完整的袜业产业链……越来越多的浙商参与“一带一路”建设，使得浙江众多优势成熟产业、产能在更大范围进行配置，也打开了浙商跨国经营的新空间。

　　面临的挑战同样不容忽视。“无商不艰。”参加大会的一位省外浙商向作者感叹，企业的经营、管理不能再走粗放式发展的老路，换言之，“野蛮生长”的时代结束了，新时代，强调的是精细化管理、工匠精神。

　　有一项内容是历届世界浙商大会都有的，那就是现场项目签约。今年有48个项目现场签约，总投资1548亿元，刷新世界浙商大会签约项目投资总额纪录。产业项目是重中之重，八大万亿产业占比七成多。省发改委有关负责人说：“浙商回归的深入实施，带动民资、国资、外资齐聚浙江，推动经济转型升级。”
