On November 25th Beijing time, the Founding Ceremony of Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents was held in Jinhua.

大会一致审议通过《金华海内外人才总会章程（草案）》《金华海内外人才总会第一次会员代表大会推选办法（草案）》。

The General Assembly unanimously examined and adopted the Articles of Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents (draft) and Election Method for the First members 'representative convention of Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents (draft).

会上，中国科学院院士潘建伟被推选为金华海内外人才总会名誉会长。

At the meeting, Pan Jianwei, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was elected honorary president of Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents.

金华市委书记赵光君、潘建伟为金华海内外人才总会揭牌，赵光君为新当选的名誉会长潘建伟颁发证书。潘建伟为金华海内外人才总会顾问颁发聘书。金华市委副书记、代市长尹学群为执行会长、副会长颁发证书。

Zhao Guangjun, the secretary of Jinhua Municipal Committee and Pan Jianwei,inaugurated the Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents. Zhao Guangjun issued a certificate for Pan Jianwei, the newly elected honorary president. Pan Jianwei issued the certificate for the adviser of Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents. Yin Xuequn, deputy secretary of Jinhua Municipal Committee of the CPC and acting mayor, issued certificates for chief executive officer and vice president.

        潘建伟代表海内外人才致辞。他说，非常感谢大家推选他来担任金华海内外人才总会名誉会长，他将与大家一道，为金华发展集聚智慧、添砖加瓦。他倡议金华海内外人才立足“金华”这个“同心圆”，加强交流合作、增进友谊；强化“联谊”这个“功能体”，加大宣传推介、引才聚才；围绕“发展”这个“核心点”，积极建言献策、服务家乡。

Pan Jianwei spoke on behalf of talents at home and abroad.He said, thank you very much for choosing him as the honorary president of Jinhua Federation of Domestic and Overseas Talents. He will join hands with all of you to gather wisdom and contribute to the development of Jinhua. He suggested that the talents at home and abroad in Jinhua should be based on the "concentric circle" of "Jinhua", so as to strengthen exchanges and cooperation and promote friendship; strengthen the "function body" of "fellowship", strengthen the publicity and promotion, introduce and gather talents;center on the "core point" of "development", actively offer advice and services to hometown.

      成立大会由市委常委、组织部部长余杰主持。此次大会共吸引了世界各地158名会员代表。其中，海内外院士代表10名，美国、加拿大、日本以及“一带一路”重要节点11个国家高端人才代表15名。

The founding ceremony was presided over by Yu Jie, member of Municipal Standing Party Committee and minister of Organization Ministry. The conference attracted 158 representatives from all over the world. Among them, 10 representatives of overseas academicians, 15 high-end talent representatives of the United States, Canada, Japan and 11 countries in important nodes of "One Belt And One Road".

        25日下午，在金华海内外人才总会成立之前，浙江今飞机械集团有限公司董事长兼总裁葛炳灶，康恩贝集团有限公司董事长胡季强，华东交通大学理工学院董事长、党委书记、江西浙江商会会长陈志胜，中天发展控股集团有限公司董事长楼永良华四位婺商来到了金华发展大会融媒体直播间里，与作者进行了对话，畅谈企业发展、家乡建设和婺商精神。
