近日，非洲英语国家学者代表团一行23人来浙江绍兴开展为期3天的访问活动。

Recently, a 23-scholars delegation of African English-speaking countries came to Zhejiang Shaoxing for a three-day visit.

　　访问接待中，绍兴市侨联主席、外侨办副主任张小华向访华非洲学者简要介绍了绍兴市经济社会发展情况和绍兴与非洲国家的交往情况，并表示希望在已有交流的基础上深化与非洲国家的合作，加强在经贸、产业方面的交流。

During the visit reception, chairman of Overseas Chinese Federation of Shaoxing and deputy director of Shaoxing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Zhang Xiaohua briefly introduced the situation of economic and social development of Shaoxing and exchanges between Shaoxing and African countries to Africa scholars visiting China.And he also expressed the hope to deepen cooperation with African countries on the basis of the existing communication and strengthen exchanges in economy, trade and industry.

　　访华非洲学者对绍兴的市容市貌、产业优势、环保成效表示高度赞赏，表示要向中国学习，建设美丽国家，改善民众生活。代表团一行一致认为绍兴是一座美丽且底蕴深厚的城市，祝愿非洲与绍兴的合作开拓新空间，更上一层楼。

The African scholars visiting China expressed high appreciation for the city appearance, industrial advantages and environmental achievements of Shaoxing. They said they would learn from China to build beautiful countries and improve their lives. The delegation agreed that Shaoxing is a beautiful city with profound cultural foundation.They wished the cooperation between Africa and Shaoxing would develop a new space and has a further development.

　　据了解，这次访华非洲英语国家学者共来自七个非洲国家，都是所在国著名大学的教授、讲师和研究所的研究员。在绍访问期间，代表团还实地考察了中国轻纺城、柯桥区新农村棠棣村、袍江新区佳人新材料公司等。

It is learned that the scholars of the African English-speaking countries visiting China this time came from seven African countries, they were all professors and lecturers of famous universities and researchers of research institutes in their own countries. During the visit in Shaoxing, the delegation also visited Chinese Light Textile City, the new rural village Tangdi Village of Keqiao District and Jiaren New Materials Company of Paojiang New District.
