近日，世界银行集团高级数据专家徐来徐来浙江考察时，点赞支付宝，称它彻底改变了中国人的生活方式，是浙江对全球发展的贡献。

Recently, Xu Lai, a senior data expert at the world bank group, visited Zhejiang province and praised Alipay that it has completely changed the way Chinese people live and it is the contribution of Zhejiang to global development.

　　祖籍缙云的徐来，1985年从美国马里兰大学计算机专业毕业后，考入世界银行，是中国恢复联合国席位后最早进入世行工作的中国人之一。作为世界银行集团数据分享平台主管，她曾受邀对各国中央银行、美国太空总署等机构的高管进行技术指导和培训，并连续获得多项世界银行副总裁奖。她主持并参与了多个大数据分析领域的重大项目，世行90%的数据库都是由她带领建立的。

Xu lai, originally from Jinyun, after graduated from the university of Maryland in 1985, she entered the world bank as one of the first Chinese people to enter the world bank after China resumed its UN seat. As the head of the world bank group data sharing platform, she was invited to the central bank, the U.S. space agency NASA executives of institutions such as technical guidance and training, and won the award for a number of world bank vice President. She hosted and participated in a number of major data analysis projects, and she led 90% of the world bank database.

　　因为工作的便利，她接触到了不少基于大数据的尖端科技，对中美两国科技的发展有更直观的认识。她介绍了美国智慧城市的建设，“通过大数据和人工智能，每个有记录的罪犯在干什么都能投射在数字地图上，有效预防再次犯罪。”

Because of the convenience of work, she has been exposed to many cutting-edge technologies based on big data, and has a more intuitive understanding of the development of science and technology in China and the United States. She introduced the construction of American smart cities and said “With big data and artificial intelligence, every recorded criminal can be projected onto a digital map, effectively preventing another crime..”

　　有学生好奇世行在浙江有什么合作项目？徐来尤其点赞支付宝，彻底改变了中国人的生活方式，是浙江对全球发展的贡献。她提到了蚂蚁金服与世界银行集团成员IFC（国际金融公司）此前的合作。2017年4月28日，蚂蚁金服与IFC签署了《蚂蚁与IFC合作备忘录（MOU）》。双方将共同探索在数字普惠金融领域的海外市场投资机会，并在绿色金融领域合作。

Some students are wondering what kind of cooperation the world bank has in Zhejiang? Xu Lai praised Alipay especially that it has completely changed the way Chinese people live and it is the contribution of Zhejiang to global development. She noted the previous collaboration between Ant Financial and IFC, a member of the world bank group. On April 28, 2017, Ant Financial and IFC signed the Momorandum of Understanding(MOU) Between Ant and IFC. The two sides will jointly explore overseas market investment opportunities in digital inclusive finance and cooperate in green finance.
