正在罗马尼亚首都举行的第八届布加勒斯特戛纳电影节１５日放映了中国影片《烽火芳菲》，这是本届电影节展映的唯一没有在欧洲各大电影节获奖的影片。

The Chinese film "The Chinese Widow" is screened at the eighth Cannes Film Festival, which is being held in the Romanian capital. It was the only film at the festival that did not win the European film festivals.

　　该片制片人、天鹏传媒董事长孙鹏女士在放映前向观众简单介绍了影片背景和剧情，她表示，《烽火芳菲》将于１１月１０日在中国正式上映，由于罗马尼亚著名导演克里斯蒂安·蒙吉特邀该片参加本届电影节，罗马尼亚观众得以先睹为快。

Sun Peng, the film's producer and chairman of Tianpeng media, briefed the audience on the film's background and plot that "The Chinese Widow" will be released in China on November 10 and Romanian audiences were given a sneak peek as the film has been invited to the festival by the famous Romanian director Cristian Mungiu.

　　影片讲述了二战期间中国百姓冒着生命危险营救迫降受伤的美国飞行员的故事。由刘亦菲扮演的单身母亲英子对美国演员埃米尔·赫希扮演的飞行员杰克施以援手，两人在险恶环境中萌生爱情，却最终阴阳相隔。该片反映了战争的残酷，也展现了战火岁月中的温情。

The film tells the story of Chinese people risking their lives to rescue the injured American pilot during world war II. The single mother, played by Liu Yifei, helps the pilot jack, played by the American actor Emile Hirsch. The two people fell in love with each other in a hostile environment, but eventually they are separated. It reflects the cruelty of war and the warmth during the war.

　　影片博得当地观众的热烈掌声和高度评价。一名老年妇女告诉作者，她被女主人公冒着巨大风险救助美国飞行员的故事深深感动，并对其惨烈的结局感到痛心。她本人亲历了二战，作为军人的家属，她对战争有着刻骨铭心的体验。

The film won warm applause and high praise from the local audience. An elderly woman told reporter that she was deeply moved by the story of the heroine who risked her life to rescue the American pilot, and was saddened by the tragic end of the story. She personally experienced world war II, as a soldier's family, she had an unforgettable experience of war.

　　蒙吉在接受作者采访时说，他今年６月担任第２０届上海国际电影节评委会主席，看了开幕影片《烽火芳菲》后就非常喜欢它，对电影制作团队的国际化、专业化以及刘亦菲的精准表演印象深刻。他之所以选择这部影片，一方面是为加深人们对本片丹麦导演、因执导《征服者佩尔》荣获戛纳电影节金棕榈奖的比利·奥古斯特的了解，更重要的是把当地观众尚不熟悉、但在世界影坛影响越来越大的中国影片推介到罗马尼亚。

In an interview with reporters, Mungiu said he served as jury President of the 20th Shanghai international film festival in June. After watching the opening film "The Chinese Widow", he liked it very much, and was impressed by the international, professional of the film production team and and accurate performance by Liu Yifei. He chose the film as a way to deepen the understanding of Billy Auguste, the Danish director of this film who who won the palme d 'or at the Cannes Film Festival for directing “Pelle the Conqueror”. What is more important is to introduce the Chinese films, which the local audience is not familiar, but the influence of the world film industry is getting bigger and bigger to Romania.

Mungiu said that the potential for cooperation between Europe and China in the field of film, both culturally and economically, is a win-win situation.

　　由法国戛纳国际电影节和罗马尼亚电影协会主办的布加勒斯特戛纳电影节以展映欧洲各大电影节获奖片为主。本届电影节为期１０天，将于２２日落幕，当地观众可以在４家影院欣赏１００多部获奖片。

The Cannes Film Festival in Bucharest, which is hosted by the France Cannes Film Festival and the Romanian film institute, mainly screening the award-winning films in European film festivals. The 10-day festival will end on 22nd and the local audiences can enjoy more than 100 award-winning films in four theaters.
