据杭州海关统计，2017年前三季度，舟山口岸进口成品油558.0万吨，同比增加39.4%，进口增速快于全国水平35.2个百分点，占全国份额同比提高6.3个百分点，成为中国第一大成品油进口口岸。

　　海关统计数据显示，今年前三季度，舟山口岸保税燃油供应量达123.85万吨，同比增长66.91%，这其中97%的保税供油来自于进口成品油。探索油品全产业链投资贸易便利化，是浙江自贸试验区建设的核心任务之一。杭州海关推出的前两批支持创新举措中，有8项举措都与促进油品贸易便利化息息相关。
