中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间10月24日下午，“中国（浙江）自由贸易试验区研究院”成立暨揭牌仪式在浙江海洋大学图书馆一楼举行，浙江自贸试验区管委会常务副主任、舟山市市长温暖为中国（浙江）自贸试验区研究院揭牌。这标志着浙江省探索自贸试验区建设的理论和实践研究工作进入系统化的新阶段。

 In the afternoon of October 24th, Beijing Time, "China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone Research Institute" was held in the first floor of the library of Zhejiang Ocean University. Wen Nuan, the executive deputy director of Zhejiang self-trade pilot zone management committee and the mayor of Zhoushan, unveiled the nameplate for China (Zhejiang) free trade pilot institute. This marked the new stage of the theory and practice research of Zhejiang province to explore the construction of free trade zone.

　　据悉，研究院将在浙江自贸试验区管委会领导下，立足于自贸试验区发展中出现的实际问题，通过理论研究推动实务创新，为加快推动浙江自贸试验区油品全产业链投资便利化和贸易自由化、探索建设舟山自由贸易港、促进自贸试验区建设，提供强有力的智库支撑。

It is said that the research institute will be based on the practical problems in the development of free trade pilot zone under the leadership of Zhejiang free trade pilot zone  management committee, provide strong think-tank support through the theoretical research to practice innovation, to promote free trade area in Zhejiang province oil industry chain and investment facilitation and liberalization of trade, to explore the construction of free trade port of Zhoushan and promote free trade area construction.

　　研究院由浙江大学与浙江海洋大学牵头，联合境内外高校、科研机构、金融机构、企业和省市相关部门协同建设，内设五个研究中心。

The research institute is led by Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Ocean University, and coordinated construction by uniting home and abroad universities, scientific research institutions, financial institutions, enterprises and relevant departments of provinces and cities, with five research centers.

　　浙江大学副校长罗卫东、浙江海洋大学党委书记刘宏明及相关研究院单位负责人，教师代表等100余人共同见证了研究院的成立。

Luo Weidong, the vice president of Zhejiang University, Liu Hongming, the party secretary of Zhejiang Ocean University, the directors of relevant research institute, teacher representative and so on more than 100 people witnessed the establishment of the institute together.
