外国人来宁波工作如何办理就业许可证？要提交哪些材料？北京时间10月23日，由宁波市人才服务中心（市海外人才服务中心）联合宁波市外国专家局、江北区人力社保局在老外滩国际人才社区举办了外国人工作许可受理政策解读分享会，50余名在甬外籍人才参加。这场干货十足的政策解读，让在甬的外籍人士们纷纷点赞。
