近日，作者从浙江省水利投融资工作推进会议上获悉，未来五年浙江省水利投资规模将达3000多亿元，估算今后五年全省水利项目拟融资需求将超过1000亿元。

　　数据显示，“十二五”以来，在水利建设方面，浙江省财政性资金 年度占比始终稳定保持在65%以上。水利虽然大多是公益性项目，但通过整合，还是可以吸引社会资金投入。近年来，国家和浙江频繁出台各类优惠政策，积极鼓励和引导民间资本参与水利建设。目前浙江全省已有8个PPP项目完成签约，吸引社会资本54亿元。
