据浙江省海洋与渔业局，日前，世界装机功率最大、总装机容量达3.4兆瓦的LHD-L-1000林东模块化大型海洋能发电机组项目，在舟山通过中国海洋工程咨询协会组织的专家组成果鉴定，成为目前世界唯一一台实现全天候稳定发电并网的潮汐能发电项目。

　　“根据电力部门提供的数据，截至目前，我们已经实现并网发电超过21万千瓦时，说不定你家用的电有可能是海汐能发出的。我们项目3.4兆瓦机组目前只启动了1兆瓦，每天的发电量相当于能给小岛上800多户人家供电。”该项目负责人表示。

"According to the data from power sector, as of now, we have realized grid-connected generation more than 210 thousand kwh of electricity, you may be home to a sea tide. Our 3.4 MW unit now has only 1 megawatts, and its daily capacity is equivalent to powering more than 800 homes on the island." The person in charge of the project said.

　　“海洋的能力中，潮汐能利用涨潮与退潮高低变化来发电，与水力发电原理类似，比风能和太阳能更稳定。涨潮时海水自外流入，推动水轮机产生动力发电，退潮时海水退回大海，再一次推动水轮机发电，每天早晚可以发电4次，实现全天候发电。”项目负责人表示。

In the capacity of the ocean, tides can generate electricity by use the changing of flood tide and ebb, similar to the principle of hydroelectric power, more stable than wind and solar energy. When the tide rises, the sea water flows out from the outside and drives the turbine to generate power. When the tide ebb, the sea returns to the sea. Once again, the water turbine is driven to generate electricity. It can generate electricity 4 times a day or later, so as to realize the all-weather power generation." Project leader expressed.

　　作者从这次项目成果鉴定会获悉，项目有望彻底解决海岛供电、远洋岛屿开发等海洋经济领域的重大问题，有望开启我国大规模开发利用海洋清洁能源的新局面。
