近日,嘉绍大桥荣获2017年度国际咨询工程师联合会(法文缩写FIDIC,音译为“菲迪克”)特别优秀项目奖。据了解,这是继2015年10月舟山大陆连岛工程西堠门大桥获得“菲迪克”杰出项目奖后,浙江第二座获得“菲迪克”奖的大桥。
Recently, Jiashao bridge was awarded the 2017 annual international consulting engineers Federation (French abbreviation FIDIC) special outstanding project award. It is understood that this is the second bridge in Zhejiang which win the FIDIC prize following the October 2015 Xihoumen Bridge of Zhoushan Island-Mainland Link Project won the FIDIC award of excellent project.
“菲迪克”全称为国际咨询工程师联合会,是国际上最有权威的被世界银行认可的咨询工程师组织。本次嘉绍大桥获奖缘由为:“体现了创新、高质量和杰出的专业水平,贯彻了透明和廉洁原则和具有可持续性,尊重环境。”
"FIDIC" stands for the International Federation of consulting engineers, is consultant engineer organization recognized by the most authoritative group--the World Bank. The reason for this award is: "innovative, high quality and outstanding professional standards, transparent and clean principles, sustainability and respect for the environment."
嘉绍大桥工作人员告诉作者,嘉绍大桥是目前世界最大的多塔斜拉桥,建设在钱塘江起潮处,大桥设计采用多项首创技术,如在国际上首创多塔斜拉桥“双排支座+刚性铰”(DSH)结构体系,在国际上首次研究提出了3.8m大直径单桩独柱70m跨径连续钢构桥新型结构,刚性铰技术、单桩独柱结构技术等还降低了超强涌潮环境下的施工风险,比传统技术节约工程造价约8.5 亿元。

嘉绍大桥在建设全过程中,为了减少桥梁结构对自然水文条件的影响,桥梁下部结构阻水率被严格控制在5%以内,满足了对钱江涌潮自然奇观保护及深槽宽幅摆动条件下的通航要求。水中区引桥采用单桩独柱结构,保留钢护筒减少强涌潮对墩柱的冲蚀,降低船舶撞击非通航孔的安全风险。
In the construction of the whole process of Jiashao bridge, in order to reduce the influence of bridge structure on the natural hydrological, water blocking rate of the bridge structure is strictly controlled within 5%, to meet the requirements about Qianjiang tidal bore natural wonders’ protection and navigation under the condition of wide swing of deep groove. The water area bridge approach used single pile single column structure, retention of steel tube reduce strong tidal erosion to the pier, reduce ship impact non navigable safety risk.
