北京时间10月18日，中国邮政正式发行《中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会》纪念邮票，邮票一套2枚，小型张1枚。邮票图案内容分别为：不忘初心、继续前进，小型张内容为筑梦。值得关注的是，在这张“筑梦”的邮票图案中，杭州国际博览中心第一次登上国家名片，这也引起了杭州市民的极大热情。

On October 18 Beijing time, China Post officially issued commemorative stamp of the 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China. A series of 2 stamps included a small sheet. Pattern and content of stamps are: staying true to the original self, moving on, content of a small sheet is building a dream. What is noticeable is that Hangzhou International Expo Center is on national name card the first time. It generated enthusiasm of Hangzhou citizens.

　　今天一大早，许多市民就赶到中国集邮杭州专卖店，购买十九大纪念邮票。拿到纪念邮票的市民和集邮爱好者都爱不释手，他们排队在信封上加盖带有主题纪念标志字样的邮戳。

This morning, many citizens came to Hangzhou monopoly store of China Philately to buy commemorative stamp of the 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China. Citizens and stamp collectors love it so much. They waited in line to stamp postmark of themed memorial words.

　　邮票第一图“不忘初心”由人民英雄纪念碑、延安宝塔山、新华门、南湖红船等元素构成。邮票第二图“继续前进”通过“复兴号”动车组列车、风力发电、太阳能、国产C919大飞机、“2017一带一路国际合作高峰论坛”主会场、火箭等元素，展现了十八大以来我国在政治、经济、科技、生态文明建设等方面取得的辉煌成就。这次小型张“筑梦”的设计颇为新颖，图案不仅有首都北京的华表，还有上海浦东、杭州国际博览中心和深圳平安金融中心的现代城市景观。这是杭州国际博览中心第一次登上“国家名片”。

The first picture of stamp “staying true to the original self” consists of monument to the people's heroes, Yanan Pagoda Mountain, Xinhua Gate, Red Boat of South Lake and other elements. The second picture “moving on” shows brilliant achievement in politics, economics, ecological civilization construction and other aspects after the 18th session of national congress of the communist party of China by Renaissance EMU, wind power generation, solar power, C919 homemade large aircraft, main meeting place of 2017 Belt and Road Forum For International Cooperation, rocket and others. The design of a small sheet is novel with pattern of Ornamental Pillars of Beijing, Pudong district of Shanghai, Hangzhou International Expo Center and modern city landscape of Shenzhen Ping An International Finance Centre. It is the first time that Hangzhou International Expo Center is on national name card.
