近日，第二届中国人因工程高峰论坛在杭州市余杭区良渚梦栖小镇举行。中国工程院沈荣骏院士和中国载人航天工程总设计师、中国工程院周建平院士和中国载人航天工程副总设计师、国际宇航科学院院士陈善广等15位两院院士出席了本次论坛，共同探讨研究人因工程。

Recently, the second China Human Factors Engineering Summit Forum was held in Liangzhu dream town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. Shen Rongjun, academician of the Engineering Academy of China, Zhou Jianping, the chief designer of China’s manned space programme and academician of Engineering Academy of China and Chen Shanguang, the deputy chief designer of China’s manned space programme and academician of International Academy of Astronautical and other 15 academicians attended the forum, to discuss the human factors engineering.

　　据了解，人因工程(Human Factors Engineering)是一门综合性交叉学科，致力于研究人、机器及其工作环境之间的相互关系和影响，最终实现提高系统性能且确保人的安全、健康和舒适的目标。

It is understood that the human factors engineering is a comprehensive interdisciplinary, focus on the research the relationship and interaction between human, machine and working environment, ultimately improve the performance of the system and ensure the safety, health and comfort of the target.

　　过去20年，在中国国家载人航天工程、863计划、973计划以及大型飞机、高铁、核电站等国家重大计划和专项的支持下，我国在人因工程学研究与应用方面取得了一批原创性理论和技术成果。

Over the past 20 years, under the support of major national plans and special projects including the China’s manned space project, 863 plan, 973 Plan, large aircraft, high-speed rail and nuclear power, our country has made a number of original theories and technical achievements in the research and application of human factors engineering .

　　这些成果的取得，与这些院士、专家的努力密不可分。在2天的会期内，他们将围绕“人因设计、中国智造、军民融合、共赢共享”的核心议题，分享人因工程研究成果，研讨人因设计发展规划。

The achievement of these related to the efforts of academicians and experts. In the 2 day session, they will focus on the core issues of “human factors design, Chinese intelligence, civil military integration and win-win sharing”, share the research results of human factors engineering, and discuss the human factors design development plan.

　　本次高峰论坛，由中国航天员科研训练中心和浙江大学共同主办。有政府部门代表、两院院士、人因工程领域专家、设计创新领域专家、相关科研院所及企事业单位代表约400余人参加会议。

The summit forum was jointly sponsored by China Astronaut Research and training center and Zhejiang University. There are representatives of government departments, academicians, experts of human factors engineering, experts of design innovation, related research institutes and representatives of enterprises and institutions, more than 400 people attended the meeting.
