北京时间10月15日上午，2022年第19届亚运会杭州市场馆及设施建设行动大会暨亚运场馆开工活动，在杭州奥体中心主体育馆游泳馆项目现场举行。这标志着第19届亚运会场馆及设施建设正式拉开了序幕，杭州亚运会筹备工作进入一个新的阶段。

　　根据《2022年第19届亚运会主办城市合同》和已初步确定的竞赛项目，目前杭州市属第一批33个场馆及设施建设任务已经明确。包括新建场馆5个、续建场馆7个、改造提升场馆12个、临建场馆7个等。

　　行动大会对场馆及设施建设的时间进度提出了要求：2017年10月场馆和设施建设全面启动；2018年6月新建场馆及设施全面开工；2021年3月所有场馆及设施全面竣工交付，并启动场馆化运行，满足赛事要求。
