中国网浪潮资讯  北京时间10月13日，浙江口岸创建国际卫生港推进会在杭州举行。根据会议，浙江省力争5至6年内创建中国首个国际卫生港省份；在宁波实现“全港创卫示范城市”的基础上，首批推动舟山海港和义乌空港创卫工作。

　　国际卫生港是按照《国际卫生条例（2005）》的规定，建立完善的卫生控制与保障措施，有效的卫生管理制度，满足国际间疾病及核生化有害因子防控需要，获得世界卫生组织认可的国际通航港口。它是对外开放口岸的国际名片和金字招牌。

　　宁波自2008年启动创建国际卫生港，2011年，大榭港区成为浙江省第一个国际卫生港。随之，宁波于2012年12月在国内首次提出“全港创卫”目标。

　　2016年11月9日，北仑港区、镇海港区和栎社国际机场通过世界卫生组织实地测评。至此，宁波所有对外开放口岸全部成功创建国际卫生港，成为全国首个“全港创卫示范城市”。
