The annual “Computing Conference” attract the global attention again. The four-day 2017 Hangzhou Computing Conference was opened recently, has attracted nearly 50,000 participants from 67 countries and regions onallcontinents, more than ten million people watch the conference online. 　　包括两位中科院院士、一位美国科学院院士、一位中国工程院院士和七位IEEE Fellow(国际电气和电子工程师协会会士)在内的13位全球顶级科学家齐聚今年的云栖大会，共同探讨互联网科技的前沿发展。

13 world's top scientists gathered in Computing Conference this year, to discuss the forefront of Internet technology development, including two academicians of Chinese academy of sciences, a member of the American academy of sciences, a Chinese academy of engineering and seven IEEE Fellow(International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).

　　今年云栖大会的开幕式上，阿里巴巴董事局主席马云抛下了一个“重磅炸弹”。他宣称阿里巴巴成立了“达摩院”，将在未来3年投入1000亿元用于人工智能等新技术的研发。

At the opening of the Computing Conference this year, Alibaba's chairman, Jack Ma, threw down a "bombshell". He claimed that Alibaba had formed the "Damo institute" and would spend RMB100 billion over the next three years on the development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

　　达摩院已成立学术委员会，并汇聚了全球十个不同领域的顶级科学家加入。

　　目前，达摩院已经开始在全球各地组建前沿科技研究中心，并在北京、杭州、新加坡、以色列、圣马特奥、贝尔维尤、莫斯科等地设立不同研究方向的实验室，初期计划引入100名顶尖科学家和研究人员。

　　云栖大会的举办地云栖小镇位于杭州市西湖区西南部，是浙江省首批37个产业特色小镇之一。通过5年的发展，云栖小镇从一个默默无闻的传统产业园区摇身变成集阿里云、INTEL、富士康、联发科、中国卫星产业创新中心等650家全球高精尖企业的云计算与大数据的产业集聚区。

Located in the southwest of Xihu district of Hangzhou, host place of Computing Conference- Yun qi town is one of the first 37 industrial towns in Zhejiang province. Through five years of development, Yun qi town becomes an industry-gathering zone, different from an unknown set of traditional industrial park. It collects 650 global high-tech enterprises such as Aliyun, INTEL, Foxconn, Mediatek, China satellite industry innovation center and so on.

　　云栖小镇的“5年之变”是浙江乃至中国互联网产业快速发展的缩影。在去年世界互联网大会上公布的最新一批15项世界互联网领先科技成果中，来自中国的科技企业、院校和科研机构占据了半壁江山。另一份权威报告显示，G20各国互联网流量TOP10服务当中,仅中美两国完全由本土企业供应服务；中国和美国是全球互联网应用创新最活跃的地区。

“The change of 5 years” in Yunqi town is a microcosm of the rapid development of the Internet industry in Zhejiang and even China. Tech companies, universities and research institutions from China accounted for half of the latest batch of 15 world Internet leading technologies unveiled at the world Internet conference last year. Another authoritative report shows that only China and the United States are fully supplied by local enterprises in the top 10 services of Internet traffic in the G20 countries.
