中国网浪潮资讯  看过《红楼梦》的人都知道，宝玉是因为衔玉而生得名。近日，在浙江天台县人民医院，一名女婴也和“美玉”一起出生。医生说，这块“美玉”，其实是“腹腔内游离体”（简称PLB）。

People who have seen the "Dream of Red Mansions" know that Baoyu is named for its jade. Recently, a baby girl was born with "beautiful jade" at Tiantai People's Hospital in Zhejiang province. The doctor said the "beautiful jade" was actually "Peritoneal Loose Body" (PLB).

　　据介绍，关于“腹腔内游离体”的形成，认可度最高的是炎症等原因，造成腹腔血液供应不顺，肠外脂肪组织坏死，纤维化、钙化形成白色、表面光滑的物质，游离在腹腔内（感觉和珍珠的形成过程无比相似）。

According to reports, on the formation of “Peritoneal Loose Body ", the highest degree of recognition is inflammation and other reasons, resulting in that the blood supply in the abdomen is not going well, parenteral adipose tissue necrosis, fibrillation and calcification, white substances with smooth surface come into being, free in the abdominal cavity. (It’s seems very similar to the formation of pearls)

　　临床上常见的“腹腔游离体”一般呈白色，外形椭圆，像蛋一般，材质却像橡胶一般有弹性。多在剖腹探查或CT检查时偶然发现的，很难估计发生率，也没办法预防。

Common clinical “Peritoneal Loose Body” is generally white, oval shape, like an egg, the material is as elastic as rubber. It’s discovered accidentally more by laparotomy or CT examination, and difficult to estimate the incidence, there is no way to prevent.

　　目前全世界有文献记载的，直径超过5厘米的PLB仅十几例，而透明如水球的，在全国乃至全世界都极为罕见。

It’s well documented that there are only a dozen cases of PLB with a diameter of more than 5cm in the world. And the transparent PLB as water-polo is extremely rare in China and around the world.
