中国网浪潮资讯  浙江省人大常委会近日审议批准了杭州市人大常委会制定的《杭州市会展业促进条例》。该条例着眼于“大会展”发展理念，明确杭州市政府应当将会展业发展情况纳入部门和地区考核，设立会展业发展扶持资金，打造国际会展之都、赛事之城。

Recently, the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress approved the Hangzhou MICE Industry Promotion Regulations formulated by the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal People's congress. The regulations focus on development concept of "MICE", and it is clear that Hangzhou municipal government should bring the development of MICE industry into the departmental and regional assessment, establish funds to support the development of MICE industry, and create a capital of international exhibition, the city of events.

　　经过十多年的发展，杭州市的大型会展运作能力显著提升，综合效益和带动效应进一步显现。杭州市人大常委会相关负责人表示，会展业已经成为杭州城市发展战略的重要组成部分。而此次制定条例，主要从理顺会展业管理体制、促进市场发展、强化政府服务等方面，解决杭州会展业发展存在的主要问题。
