　　高速铁路许多都建设在中国东部沿海地区的软土地基上，轨道沉降便成了轨道路基面临的一大难题。陈云敏团队经过对高铁路基沉降的研究，提出了车辆—轨道—路基耦合动力分析理论，团队还自主研发的高速铁路全比尺动力试验创新装置，解决了高铁沉降的不停运修复难题。
　　
　　Many of the high-speed railways are built on the soft soil foundation in the eastern coastal areas of China, and the settlement of the track becomes a major problem track subgrade. Based on the research on the settlement of high-speed railway foundation, Chen Yunmin and his team has put forward the theory of the coupling dynamic analysis of vehicle-track-subgrade. The team also independently developed the full scale power test innovation device for high-speed railway, which solved the the problem of the non-stopping repair of high-speed railway settlement.
　　
　　据了解，陈云敏教授从本科到博士都在浙大就读。今年6月25日，高铁“复兴号”下线运营，最高时速可达350公里，标志着我国成为世界上高铁商业运营速度最高的国家。
　　
　　It is understood that professor Chen Yunmin studied in Zhejiang university from undergraduate to doctor. On June 25th this year, the high-speed railway "CR400" was operated at a top speed of 350 kilometers per hour, marking the highest speed of high-speed railway business in the world.
