9月23日，第十五届亚洲艺术节在浙江省宁波市开幕，本届艺术节以“海丝古港亚洲新梦”为主题，包括开幕式、文化论坛、表演艺术、视觉艺术等4个板块数十项活动。艺术节期间，将举行澜沧江—湄公河文化论坛系列活动，邀请湄公河流域5国即柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、泰国和越南文化部长与中国文化部长共同出席，就次区域文化交流与合作进行顶层设计与规划。同时，还将配套举行“澜沧江—湄公河文化行”发车仪式。“澜沧江—湄公河文化行”规划路线经浙江、福建、广东、广西、云南等5省（区）和老挝、泰国、柬埔寨首都等“海上丝绸之路”重要节点城市，沿途举办丰富多彩的文化推介活动。

On September 23rd, the 15th Festival of Asian Arts opens in Ningbo, Zhejiang. The festival use “Ancient Port of Maritime Silk Road, New Dream of Asia” as the theme, including 4 plates like the opening ceremony, cultural forum, performing arts, visual arts and dozens of activities. During the festival Lantsang--Mekong River Cultural Forum Series Activities will be held and invites Minister of culture from these 5 countries in Mekong Valley: Kampuchea, Laos, Burma, Thailand and Vietnam and Chinese Minister of culture to attend the activities and they will conduct top-level design and planning for cultural exchanges and cooperation of subzone. At the same time, it will also hold the departure ceremony of "Lantsang--Mekong River Cultural Trip". The planning route of "Lantsang--Mekong River Cultural Trip" goes through 5 provinces (regions) like Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and the important node cities of "Maritime Silk Road" like Laos, Thailand, capital of Kampuchea. A variety of cultural promotion activities are held along the way.　　

　　从9月中旬起，“万象复观——亚洲艺术邀请展”“文明的回响 匠作之美”展览将陆续在宁波美术馆、宁波博物馆举办。

From the middle of September, “Reproduction of Thousands of Things and Phenomena -- Asian Art Invitational Exhibition” and "The Echo of Civilization -- The Beauty of Craftsman's works" Art Exhibition  will be held at the Ningbo Museum of Art and the Ningbo Museum one after another.
