中国网浪潮资讯  9月21日至25日，“中国——中东欧国家音乐学院院长论坛”在浙江音乐学院隆重举行。来自阿尔巴尼亚、保加利亚等14个中东欧国家15所音乐院校的校（院）长和专家学者参加论坛，与会各国音乐院校校（院）长将围绕“中国——中东欧国家音乐的传承、发展与创新”和“中国——中东欧国家音乐艺术的交流与合作”这两个主题就如何在中国——中东欧国家“16+1”文化合作框架机制的推动下，通过音乐和音乐教育的力量，使音乐尤其是民族音乐艺术在世界范围内得到广泛传播和发展等重要问题，进行了深入探讨。

On September 21st to 25th"China - Central and Eastern European Countries Dean of Conservatory of Music Forum" held at Zhejiang Conservatory of Music with great ceremony. Experts and scholars and principals (deans) of 15 music schools from 14 Middle Eastern European countries like Albania, Bulgaria and so on participated in the Forum. Principals (deans) from these countries will focus on the two themes: “The Inheritance, Development and Innovation of Music in China--Central and Eastern Europe”, “Exchanges and Cooperation in Music Art in China, Central and Eastern Europe” to have a discussion on some problems like how to make music, especially national music art, spread and develop all over the world widely through the power of music and music education under promotion of China--Central and Eastern European Countries”16+1” Framework Mechanism for Cultural Cooperation.

　　22日上午，中东欧国家音乐学院校（院）长，浙江音乐学院领导，各教学系（部）、相关职能部门主要负责人、部分教师代表参加了“中国——中东欧国家音乐学院院长论坛”的开幕式。开幕式由浙江音乐学院党委副书记、副院长张建国主持。浙江音乐学院党委书记褚子育、匈牙利李斯特音乐大学副校长古拉•斐凯特教授分别代表中国和中东欧国家音乐学院院长致辞。

On the morning of September 22nd, principals (deans) of Central and Eastern European Countries, leaders of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, department of teaching, principals of relevant functional departments and some teachers attended the opening ceremony of "China - Central and Eastern European Countries Dean of Conservatory of Music Forum". The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Jianguo, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. Zhu Ziyu, secretary of the Party committee of the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and Gurafi Kate, deputy president of the Hungarian Lester University of Music, had speeches on behalf of the deans of the Conservatory of Music in China and Central and Eastern European Countries respectively.

　　本届院长论坛由浙江音乐学院主办，得到了中国和中东欧16国文化部和各国音乐院校的大力支持。论坛为期5天，将举行2场学术论坛，17场大师课、讲座，6场音乐会，11个系的教学观摩和文化考察等。论坛期间，浙江音乐学院将与中东欧各国音乐院校共同发起并成立“中国—中东欧国家音乐院校联盟”，设立“中国—中东欧国家艺术创作与研究中心”。

The Forum was sponsored by the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and get great support from China, Ministry of culture of the 16 Central and Eastern European Countries and Conservatories of Music from other countries. The forum will be held for 5 days and will hold 2 academic forums, 17 master lessons and lectures, 6 concerts, teaching observation and cultural investigation for 11 departments and so on. During the forum, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and Conservatories of Music of Central and Eastern European Countries will establish "Music School Union of China - Central and Eastern European Countries "and “Art creation and Research Center of Central and Eastern European Countries” together.
