中国网浪潮资讯 近日，据宁波市民政部门获悉，宁波市港航物流及无船承运人协会(下称“协会”)获得正式批复。这是宁波市第一家由国有企业、民营企业“牵手”组建的国际港航物流行业协会。

Recently, according to the Ningbo Municipal Civil Affairs Department, the Ningbo port shipping logistics and NVOCC Association (hereinafter referred to as the "association") received formal approval. This is the first international shipping and Logistics Association established by state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in Ningbo.

　　无船承运业务是一项重要的国际海运辅助业务，具有量大、面广、涉及企业多的特点。是港口物流链中辐射力最广，服务内容与国际接轨的互联网+传统服务+信息服务的行业。

NVOCC is an important auxiliary business of international shipping. It has the characteristics of large quantity, wide range and many enterprises involved. It is the industry with the widest range of services in the port logistics chain, the industry of Internet services in line with international standards and traditional services and information services

　　协会由浙江中外运、宁波一洲货运等9家单位率先发起，最终由包括国企、民营企业在内的30家企业组成。目前以此类形式“混合”而成的行业协会，宁波是第一家，这30家企业占据了宁波80%的订舱量。

The association was spearheaded by 9 enterprises like SINOTRANS ZHEJIANG Co., LTD, Ningbo YIZHOU FREIGHT and so on, and it consists of 30 enterprises, including state-owned enterprises and private enterprises at last. At present, this is the first industry association in Ningbo mixed in this form. These 30 enterprises accounted for 80% of booking space in Ningbo.

　　据介绍，截止今年8月底，宁波无船承运人数量总多，但是尚未形成产业集聚优势。通过成立协会平台，可以更好地促进宁波国际物流的发展，从而向海外市场推进。

According to reports, as of the end of August this year, there are a large number of NVOCC in Ningbo, but has not formed industrial agglomeration advantages yet. Establishing platform through the association can promote the development of Ningbo international logistics better, and thus to overseas markets.

　　宁波市港航管理局主要负责人表示：“我们希望能不断吸纳全市、全省乃至全长三角地区的港航物流业的优质会员加入协会，将协会打造成宁波行业协会的‘新名片’，加快打造更具国际影响力的港航物流服务中心。”

The main person in charge of Ningbo Port Management Bureau said: "we hope we can attract high-quality members in shipping industry from the city, the province and the length of River Delta region to join the association to make the association a ‘new business card’ of the Ningbo Industry Association and speed up the construction of logistics service center with more international influence."
