　　根据协议，浙江省政府与环保部将共同推进部省共建美丽中国示范区建设；推进水专项治理、管理和饮用水安全保障三大技术体系成果在浙江省推广，开展排污权许可证试点工作，助推“两山”思想实践示范区与生态文明之都建设；推进浙江省“五水共治”与水专项课题实施，支撑浙江省国家“水十条”考核指标全面实现；推进太湖流域“嘉兴项目”与浙江片区“五水共治”长效管理机制创新与水环境质量改善集成示范研究工作，建立完善以河长制为核心的“五水共治”组织领导推进机制和考核评价体系；推动信息系统部省对接工作，实现环保审批“最多跑一次”；推进水专项对浙江省“五水共治”顶层设计和总体方案编制的技术支撑工作，成立浙江省水专项总体专家组，协助浙江省深化巩固治水成果。
