中国网浪潮资讯 近日，台州杰克缝纫机股份有限公司以650万欧元全资收购意大利衬衫智造专家——迈卡公司。

Recently, Taizhou Jack Sewing Machine Co. Ltd. wholly purchased MicroCare, which is shirt making expert of Italy, for 6.5 million euros.

　　杰克股份先后并购过德国拓卡、奔马公司，是台州海外并购军团的主力。而迈卡是全球唯一一家只做衬衫缝制设备的供应商，拥有100多项发明专利，产品服务于Hugo Boss、UNIQLO、ZARA、海澜之家等国内外高端服装企业。

Jack shares has acquired Germany Topcut, Bullmer company, is the main force of Taizhou overseas mergers and acquisitions corps. And MicroCare is the only supplier in the world who only makes sewing machines for shirts, and has more than 100 patents for inventions. The products serve the domestic and foreign high-end clothing enterprises such as Hugo Boss, UNIQLO, ZARA and Heilan Home.

Taizhou enterprises are engaged in overseas mergers and acquisitions, aiming at the hidden champion of international industry and high-end manufacturing, acquiring the high-end elements such as technology, brand and talent, and launching the international brand of Made in Taizhou.
