作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,中医药在学界一直是一个争议话题。
As an important component of Chinese traditional culture, traditional Chinese medicine has always been a controversial topic in the academic circles.
剑桥大学博士颜菁说:“当下西方每年从中国出口的中药越来越多,针灸在西方的接受度越来越高。如在澳大利亚,2009年的数据是10%的病人都接受过中医的针灸治疗的。”
"Nowadays, more and more Chinese medicine is exported from China to the west, and the acceptance of acupuncture in the west is getting higher and higher," said Dr. Yan Jing, a doctor at University of Cambridge, “In Australia, for example, in 2009, 10% of the patients had been treated with acupuncture."
作为在国际积极推广中医药文化的樊台平表示,目前,已有66项中成药获得欧盟药典认可,我们所做的努力,就是让中医药进入主流科学的舞台。
Fan Taiping ,who promotes Chinese medicine culture in the world actively ,said that at present, there are 66 proprietary Chinese medicines have been approved by the European Pharmacopoeia. The effort we have done is to let Chinese medicine into the mainstream of science.
