中国网浪潮资讯 9月6日，墨西哥总统培尼亚▪涅托参观阿里巴巴杭州总部，同时签署战略合作协议，未来双方将围绕中小企业培训、中小企业全球化以及农村电商、支付、物流等方面经验交流展开合作。

On Sept. 6, Pena Nietoe, the president of Mexico, came to visit the headquarters of Alibaba in Hangzhou along with signing the srategic cooperation agreement to start cooperation in communicating and exchanging the experience in the fields of training mid-and-small-sized enterprises, internationalization of mid-and-small-sized enterprises, rural electricity business along with its payment, logistics and so on.

　　培尼亚称，墨西哥正在计划一项持续6-7年的改革，以推动互联网更快普及，在此过程中，希望能够共享阿里巴巴的平台，来帮助更多墨西哥中小企业。

Pena said  Mexico is planning a reformation which will last six to seven years in order to get the internet be more popular in shorter time. On this procession, he hoped that the platform of Alibaba could be shared to give assistance to more mid-and-small-sized enterprises in Mexico.

　　墨西哥和阿里巴巴签订战略合作协议，主要关注点就是帮助小企业，让他们在互联网上进行全球贸易。

Mexico and Alibaba have signed the srategic cooperation agreement whose main focus is helping small enterprises to render them to do global business through the internet.
