中国网浪潮I资讯   第74届威尼斯国际电影节中，关照女性成长的浙产电影《嘉年华》成为唯一一部入围主竞赛单元的华语片。再加上之前的《西小河的夏天》、《芳华》、《蜻蜓之眼》、《烽火芳菲》等喜报连连的浙产电影，为浙江打造中国影视产业副中心、浙江影视作品走向国际写下华丽的注脚。

　　浙江为何能汇聚如此多的好项目?浙江省新闻出版广电局局长寿剑刚告诉作者“浙江具备发展影视产业非常好的生态条件，因为我们有开放的政策、灵活的体制、火热的土地、深厚的文化、充裕的民资和谦卑的政府。”

Why can Zhejiang bring together so many good projects? 　　据统计，今年上半年在浙江申报立项的电影超过300部，通过审查的电影达49部，数量比去年增长将近一倍。

According to statistics, in the first half of this year, more than 300 films were submitted for approval in Zhejiang, and 49 films were examined. The number has nearly doubled compared with last year.
