中国网浪潮资讯   据民政部《互联网公开募捐信息平台运营报告》显示，今年上半年，浙江网络筹集善款超过3亿元人民币，占全国网络筹款总额的44%。浙江互联网慈善走在全国前列，互联网慈善生态正在形成。

Online Fundraising Platform Operational Report of Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China revealed that, in the first half of this year, Zhejiang raised more than 300 million yuan for charity online, which accounts for 44% of China’s total online fundraising. Internet charity of Zhejiang is at the prior of the county. And Internet charity ecosystem is forming.

　　2015年11月，省政府出台《关于加快推进慈善事业发展的实施意见》。2016年8月，民政部公布首批13家慈善组织互联网募捐信息平台，浙江的淘宝网和蚂蚁金服公益平台入围。

On November 2015, the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province issued Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Philanthropy. On August 2016, Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China announced the first 13 charities- online fundraising platforms including Taobao and Ant Financial.

　　目前，全省依法登记的社会组织中认定为慈善组织的有91家，登记为慈善组织的有20家，总计111家，获得公开募捐资格的有31家。

At present, in the province 91 of legally registered social organizations are identified as charities and 20 are registered as charities with 111 in total. 31 are allowed to raise funds from general public.

　　据统计，慈善法实施一年以来，共有3.2亿淘宝买家参与了超48.1亿次的公益行动，募集了2.44亿元人民币公益善款，超5000万人次参与捐赠。

According to the statistics, since charity law’ implementation in the past year, a total of 320 million Taobao buyers participated in over 4.81 billion charitable activities. Raised 244 million yuan for charity and over 50 million people participated in donation.
