中国网浪潮资讯   世界最大水泥运输船圆满交船、亚洲最大改建半潜船顺利交付、全球最大集装箱船将在上海建造……近期，一系列世界之最、亚洲之最船舶的建成或订单的落地让中国造船业再次成为全球焦点。

The world's largest cement transport ship has been successfully delivered, the largest converted semi submersible ship successfully delivered in Asia, and the world's largest container ship will be built in Shanghai. The construction and design contract of the world's largest LNG power vehicle carrier will come into force...... Recently, a series of the world's most, Asia's most shipbuilding or landing orders, so that China's shipbuilding industry once again become the focus of the world.

　　近日，法国海运公司CMA-CGM与中国两家造船公司签署了建造意向书，订单包括9艘2.2万TEU级的超大型集装箱船，每艘造价最高可达1.6亿美元，9艘船只的总订单额达到了96亿元人民币左右。

According to South Korea, "Asian economy" reported recently, the French shipping company CMA-CGM and Chinese shipbuilding company signed the construction of two orders of intent, including 9 ships of 22 thousand TEU grade ultra large container ships, each ship cost up to $160 million, the total amount of orders of 9 ships reached 9.6 billion yuan.

　　目前，全球造船业的现状是中、韩、日、欧四极竞争格局。中国造船业的手持订单量、新接订单量和造船完工量等指标已位列世界首位。然而，在自主研发方面，我国还不是造船强国，特征为“大而不强”；但正在加速从“造船大国”向“造船强国”转变，中国造船业的整体水平是“追赶型”，局部接近世界先进水平。

At present, the present situation of global shipbuilding industry is the competition pattern of China, Korea, Japan and Europe. The orders amount, newly-received orders as well as,the complete amount of shipbuilding have already been on the front while China has not been the strong country of building ships in the field of independent research and inventory. As for the field of independent research, China is not powerful enough with the feature of "being large while not strong"; while China has been on its way to transport from "huge country of shipbuilding" to "strong country of shipbuilding". The whole level of China's shipbuilding is "the style of chasing" and some of its parts have been close to the world's advanced level.
