中国网浪潮资讯 9月1日，作者从支付宝获悉直接通过刷脸即可支付功能在杭州万象城内的肯德基KPRO餐厅上线，整个支付过程不到10秒。这也是刷脸支付在全球范围内的首次商用试点。

　　其实，早在2015年的汉诺威电子展后不久，支付宝便率先推出了刷脸登录以及刷脸认证。蚂蚁金服CTO程立表示，通过两年来的努力，支付宝的人脸识别技术在安全性、可靠性、用户体验上都得到了大幅提升，已服务数亿用户，并入选了《MIT科技评论》2017年全球十大突破性技术。

　　目前，支付宝刷脸技术的误识率已降至十万分之一。程立强调，支付宝之所以敢将该技术商业化，是有足够的底气的，“而即便出现账户被冒用的极小概率事件，支付宝也会通过保险公司全额赔付。”

　　刷脸支付的落地，意味着又多了一种新的支付方式，这也意味着人机交互进入到一个新的阶段。在未来用刷脸完成检票、安检等行为也变成了可能。中科院自动化所生物识别与安全技术研究中心主任李子青表示，刷脸支付的商业应用意味着生物识别技术正在进入一个新的时代。
