由浙江省委书记、浙江省人大常委会主任车俊率领的浙江省代表团，在结束对美国的访问后，于奥斯陆时间8月27日抵达挪威进行考察访问。

　　29日下午，车俊会见了挪威外交大臣布伦德。中国驻挪威大使王民参加会见。车俊说，去年中挪两国关系实现正常化，今年贵国首相与我国领导人就推进两国关系持续健康稳定发展达成了多项共识，这为浙江与挪威之间开展交流合作带来了新的契机。浙挪之间可以优势互补，以合作为舟竞渡海上“新丝路”。当前，浙江正以“一带一路”统领新一轮对外开放。通过加快中国（浙江）自贸试验区建设，拓展开放型经济新渠道，打开全方位开放新格局。挪威是海事世界领先的国家，在海洋经济领域具有独特优势，非常值得浙江学习借鉴。在共建“一带一路”进程中，浙江愿与挪威深化经贸、航运、能源、教育等领域合作，实现共赢发展。布伦德说，通过与浙江的交往，我们深刻体会到中国经济发展为挪威发展带来的巨大机遇。希望通过浙江代表团的来访，加深彼此之间的了解，建立更紧密的合作关系，推动两地繁荣发展。

Che Jun said that last year, the relations between the two countries were normalized. This year, your prime minister and our leaders reached a number of consensus on advancing the healthy and stable development of bilateral relations. This has brought new opportunities for exchanges and cooperation between Zhejiang and Norway. Zhejiang and Norway can complement each other and compete on the New Silk Road on the sea, based on cooperation. Currently, Zhejiang is leading a new round of opening-up with "One Belt and One Road". By speeding up the construction of China (Zhejiang) free trade zone, we will expand new channels of open economy and open up a new pattern of all-round opening-up. Norway is a leading country in maritime world. It has unique advantages in Marine economy and Zhejiang have a lot to learn from Norway. In the process of building "One Belt and One Road", Zhejiang would like to deepen cooperation with Norway in areas such as economy, trade, shipping, energy and education to achieve win-win development. Brende said, through our interactions with Zhejiang, we are deeply aware of the tremendous opportunities that China's economic development has brought to Norway's development. We hope that through the visit of the delegation of Zhejiang, we will deepen our understanding of each other, establish closer cooperative relations, and promote prosperous development of the two places.
