中国网浪潮资讯  8月24日晚9点，随着一架中国民航包机降落在浙江温州龙湾机场，44名电信网络诈骗犯罪嫌疑人被浙江省公安机关从马来西亚押解至浙江省温州市，初步核破冒充公检法类电信诈骗案件70余起，涉案金额1000余万元人民币。

At 9 PM on August 24 , with a chartered CAAC( Civil Aviation Administration of China) airplane landed at Zhejiang Wenzhou Longwan Airport, 44 criminal suspects of telecommunication fraud were escorted to Zhejiang Wenzhou from Malaysia by Public Security Organs of Zhejiang Province. The police initially verified that they had uncovered more than 70 telecommunication fraud cases by pretending to be the staffs of public security, procuratorate and court, involving more than RMB 10 million yuan.

　　作者了解到，今年以来，全国多地公安机关接到群众报案称被人冒充公检法工作人员诈骗。5月份起温州市公安局在线警务实战中心合成作战部和市反诈骗中心经缜密侦查，发现一批藏匿在马来西亚境内的电信诈骗窝点，以冒充公检法人员的方式，针对大陆民众疯狂实施诈骗。

The reporter learned that the public security organs across the country had received reports from the masses that they were defrauded by the person who pretended to be the staffs of public security, procuratorate and court since this year. The online police actual combat center of Wenzhou Public Security Bureau has made up Department of War and the anti-fraud center of the city since May. Through careful investigation, they found that a number of telecommunication fraud sites hiding in the territory of Malaysia committed fraud crazily on the people of mainland through the way of pretending to be the staffs of public security, procuratorate and court .

　　在确定犯罪窝点具体地址之后，由浙江省公安厅牵头，温州市局，金华市局公安民警组成专案组赴马来西亚，与马来西亚警方合作展开全面的专案侦查工作。

After determining the specific addresses of criminal sites, the special group which was led by Department of Public Security of Zhejiang Province and made up of the civil police of Jinhua Municipal Bureau and Wenzhou Municipal Bureau went to Malaysia, cooperated with Malaysian police to carry out a comprehensive special investigation.

　　5月26日和7月13日，在中国驻马使馆全力协调和马来西亚警方的支持下，专案组在马来西亚国内雪兰莪、柔佛、马六甲、霹雳州四地，先后对涉案窝点开展集中收网行动，一举捣毁2个电信诈骗窝点，共抓获犯罪嫌疑人44名，其中有17名台湾籍犯罪嫌疑人，其余为大陆籍犯罪嫌疑人，缴获了电话座机、电脑、语音网关、对讲机、诈骗剧本、银行卡等一大批作案工具。

On May 26 and July 13, with the full coordination of Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and the support of Malaysian Police, the special group successively carried out the centralized arrests for the involved sites in Selangor, Johor, Malacca and Perak four states of?Malaysia, destroyed 2 telecommunication fraud sites and caught 44 criminal suspects totally. Among the suspects,there were 17 Taiwanese criminal suspects and the rest were from mainland. A large number of crime tools including landline telephones, computers, voice gateways, inter-phones, fraud scripts and bank cards were seized.

　　经调查发现，被取缔的窝点里，中国台湾籍犯罪嫌疑人是“窝点老板”，中国大陆籍的犯罪嫌疑人都是话务员，他们负责往国内打电话，第一道关，往往冒充的就是公安局警察的角色。

After investigation , it was found that Chinese Taiwanese suspect was the "big boss" of banned site, the criminal suspects of mainland were all the telephone operators. They were responsible for calling home and the first thing to do was pretending to be the policemen of Public Security Bureau.

　　初步鉴定，此案受害者均为大陆人士，涉及到全国多个省份，涉案金额高达1000余万元。

It was preliminary identified that the victims of the case were all Chinese in various provinces of mainland and the amount of money involved in the case was more than 10 million yuan .

　　经中马两国协商，8月24日上午8:20分，集结温州、金华100多名警力从温州龙湾国际机场出发，飞往马来西亚，将44名电信网络诈骗犯罪嫌疑人押解回温州。

Through consultation between China and Malaysia, more than 100 policemen from Wenzhou and Jinhua set off from Wenzhou Longwan International Airport to Malaysia at 8:20 a.m. on August 24 , escorting the 44 criminal suspects of telecommunication fraud back to Wenzhou.

　　公安部刑侦局李振在采访中表示，公安机关将始终保持对电信网络诈骗案的高压严打措施，不管犯罪团伙把犯罪窝点设置在哪里，哪个国家，只要对中国公民实施诈骗，公安机关都会加强国际合作，坚决把犯罪分子绳之以法，切实维护人民群众合法权益。

Li Zhen from the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security said in interview that the organs of public security will always maintain high-pressure measures on telecommunication fraud. No matter where and which country criminal gangs set up their criminal sites,as long as they implement fraud to Chinese citizens, the organs of public security will strengthen international cooperation, be determined to bring criminals to justice and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of people.
