浙江文化“走出去” 浙菜飘香埃及古城

  中国网浪潮资讯  日前,埃及开罗举办了“舌尖上的中国——江南美食工坊”活动,浙菜飘香埃及古城。

  包括珊瑚鱼丸、牛肉煎饺、温州炒米粉等20多道浙菜让现场100多位政商嘉宾、烹饪界人士及民众吃得津津有味。

  除了制作菜肴外,厨师们还在现场表演了“雕瓜”“米塑”等富有传统文化特色的制作手艺,让现场观众咋舌不已。

  本次活动由中外文化交流中心、开罗中国文化中心以及浙江省文化馆联合主办,是2017年浙江文化“走出去”的重要活动之一。
