中国网浪潮资讯8月18日，第32届全国青少年科技创新大赛在杭州高新区（滨江）闭幕。这个目前国内规模最大、层次最高、影响最广的青少年科技竞赛活动，为什么会选择滨江作为浙江首站？

CNCAO NEWS On August 18,the 32th China Adolescents Science&Technology Innovation Contest(CASTIC)closed in Hangzhou High-tech Zone(Binjiang).Why did the biggest,highest-level and most influential adolescents science&technology innovation contest in China choose Binjiang as the first station in Zhejiang?

　　据了解，杭州高新区（滨江）在公布的2016年国家级高新区综合排名中，位于全国第三，仅次于北京中关村和上海张江。其中，知识创造和技术创新能力位列全国第二。每年研发投入占GDP比重平均达到13%—15%，为全国所有高新区最高。

It was learned that Hangzhou High-tech Zone(Binjiang)ranked 3rd of the country in national high-tech zones comprehensive ranking which published in 2016,ranking only second to Beijing Zhongguancun and Shanghai Zhangjiang.Among them,knowledge creation and technological innovative ability ranked second in the country.Annual research&development investment accounts for an average of 13%to 15%of GDP,which was the highest in all high-tech zones of the country.

　　近年来，通过政府的积极作为，改革突破体制机制，营造创业创新的大环境和新优势；招引人才，为人才提供创新创业全方位支持；坚持做一个“大孵化器”等政策，滨江吸引首人浙江的全国青少年科技创新大赛，也水到渠成。

In recent years,through the policies like the positive actions of the government,reform of the institutional mechanism,creating an environment and a new advantage for innovation and entrepreneurship,attracting talents,providing all-round support for talents of innovation and entrepreneurship,insisting on being a“Big Incubator”and so on,it is naturally for Binjiang attracting the first China Adolescents Science&Technology Innovation Contest in Zhejiang.
