中国网浪潮资讯 8月18日，浙江杭州市萧山区委副书记、区长王敏、英国怡和集团下属Hongkong Land行政总裁黄友忠和传化集团董事长徐冠巨在浙江杭州正式签署战略合作协议，三方共同开发建设的中英产业落户萧山。

CNCAO NEWS  On Augus18th, Wangmin, the deputy secretary of the District Party Committee and the district government chief of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huang Youzhong, the CEO of HongKong Land of British Jardine Matheson and Xu Guanju, the chairman of Transfer Group in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.Sino-British industry which benefited from joint development and construction of the three parties settled in Xiaoshan.

Sino-British new industrial town would actively introduce artificial intelligence, financial services and other high-end industries in the UK to become a world-class new industrial town. And the investment scale strived to reach one hundred billion. This partner, Jardine Matheson was a multinational group centered around the Asia Pacific Region and its business involved automobile trade, real estate investment and development and many other fields. It ranked the 279th of the 500 top business in Fortune.

　　今年是中英建立大使级外交关系45周年，也是中英关系迈进“黄金时代”深入发展之年。在G20峰会期间，中英两国领导人会晤时英国首相特雷莎·梅曾表示，英国愿积极参与“一带一路”框架下金融等领域的合作，坚持两国关系“黄金时代”的大方向。

This year was the 45th anniversary of China and Britain establishing diplomatic relations at ambassadorial level and it was a year of profound development that Sino-British relations moved forward "Golden Age". During the G20 Summit, Teresa May, British Prime Minister indicated that Britain was willing to actively participate in the cooperation of financial and other fields under the framework of The Belt and Road and adhered to the general direction of “Golden Age” of Sino-British relations when the leaders of the two countries met.
