中国网浪潮资讯  8月3日，中国国家旅游局公布浙江成为全域旅游示范省创建单位。

CNCAO NEWS East China's Zhejiang province was selected as a national demonstration province for all-for-one tourism by the China National Tourism Administration at a conference on Aug 3.

　　李克强总理在2017年3月12日第十二届全国人民代表大会第五次会议的政府工作报告中提到，“全域旅游一直是热门话题。李克强总理呼吁改善旅游设施服务，大力发展农村旅游，休闲旅游和一体化旅游。

The phrase "all-for-one" tourism has been a hot topic in the news since Premier Li Keqiang mentioned it in the Government Work Report at the fifth plenary session of the 12th National People's Congress in March 2017. Li called for improved tourist facilities and services, and for a big push to develop rural tourism, recreational tourism and all-for-one tourism.

　　预期所有行业，部门和居民将参与旅游业发展，全域旅游侧重于旅游资源，公共服务，政府法规和政策的升级与整合，以旅游为主，成为促进社会整体发展的新引擎。

With the expectation that all industries, departments and residents will be involved in tourism development, all-for-one tourism focuses on the upgrading and integration of tourist resources, public services, government regulations and policies to boost overall social development by using tourism as a new engine for growth.

　　浙江省一直在努力发展旅游业。从自由进入西湖到数百个特色城镇的布局，全省正在建成一个巨大的风景区。

Zhejiang province has been working hard to develop its tourism industry. From free access to West Lake to the layout of hundreds of characteristic towns, the whole province is being built into a huge scenic area.

　　浙江省杭州7月17日举行的旅游推广会议确定了到2021年浙江旅游业总产值将达到2016年的两倍，2017年总产值将超过1万亿元（1490亿美元）的目标。

A tourism promotion conference held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, on July 17 set the goal that by 2021 the total output of Zhejiang's tourism sector should be double what it was in 2016 and total output should exceed one trillion yuan ($149 billion) in 2017.

　　为实现这一目标，浙江将首先推动长兴，海盐，桐乡，舟山等城市投资超过50亿元的重点旅游项目。

To achieve this goal, Zhejiang will first promote a number of key tourist projects with over five billion yuan investment in the cities of Changxing, Haiyan, Tongxiang and Zhoushan.

　　还将开发新的旅游类型和产品，如邮轮游艇和骑马。按照旅游业发展情况，加快景区内公厕，停车场等公共服务水平的提高。

It will also develop new tourism types and products such as cruise yachts and greenway riding. In accordance with tourism development, the improvement of public services, including toilets and parking lots in scenic areas, will be speeded up.

　　2016年浙江旅游业占全省经济总量的16.76％，其产值占全省GDP的7.1％。旅游业的员工人数近300万人。

In 2016, Zhejiang's tourism industry contributed 16.76 percent of the province's economy, and its value of output accounted for 7.1 percent of the province's total GDP. The number of employees in the tourism industry has reached almost three million.

　　目前，浙江省在建旅游项目超过1600个，单体超100亿元的旅游项目达到16个，今年上半年全省实际完成旅游投资676.4亿元。

So far, 1,600 tourist projects are under construction in Zhejiang province. There are 16 tourism projects with over 10 billion yuan worth of investment. In the first half of 2017, investments in Zhejiang's tourism sector reached 67.64 billion yuan.
