中国网浪潮资讯 全国海关实施通关一体化迎来“满月”。作者从杭州海关获悉，截至8月1日，杭州海关共受理通关一体化报关单18,340票。

CNCAO NEWS The implement of customs clearance intergration has been a month. It’s known by Hangzhou customs that by August 1st, 18,340 customs declarations of customs clearance integration are processed by Hangzhou customs.

　　浙江兴业集团有限公司进出口部部长唐汉刊表示，现在海关通关速度越来越快，至少比之前节省半天通关时间，而且很多手续都可以在网上办理。

Tang Hankan, the manager of import and export department of Xingye Group limited, expressed that now the rate of customs clearance is faster, at least half a day will be saved to declare customs than before and many procedures an be handled online

　　杭州海关称，全国海关通关一体化实施后，在货物通关环节，由过去的海关审查确定企业申报税收要素、核定企业应缴税款，转变为企业自行申报、计算并缴纳税款、海关受理后放行货物，实施全过程抽查审核。这项改革措施将大幅压缩货物通关时间，减少企业通关成本，提升通关效率。

Hangzhou customs declared, after the implement of customs clearance intergration, in the link of customs clearance, customs made sure enterprises’ revenue elements of declaration and check tax payable in the past. Now enterprises clear, caculate and pay taxation and then clear good after being accepted. The whole process is on random inspection. The reform will reduce the time of customs clearance hugely and decreace the cost of customs clearance which promote the efficientcy.

　　日本电产东测（浙江）有限公司关务经理杨永林说，在高效通关的同时，企业物流成本也下降了10%，企业还可以根据货物的实际情况自由选择报关地点，各地海关的执行标准也更加一致。

Yang Yonglin, the manager of customs business of Japan Nidec Tosok(Zhejiang) Corporation said, while customs clearance is efficient, the logistics cost also decreases by 10% and enterprises can choose the place of customs clearance freely according to the actual situation of goods. In the meantime, executive standard of customs in different cities became more consistent.

　　杭州海关声明，对于浙江广大企业而言，无论在哪里通关，全国海关都是同一执法口径和监管标准，为企业提供统一的通关便利待遇。

Hangzhou customs stated, for many Zhejiang enterprises, no matter where to clear customs, national customs offer unified convenient treatment of customs clearance to enterprises with the same law enforcement tools and regulation standards.

　　下一步，杭州海关将继续深化“放管服”改革，做好通关服务，提升监管效能，打造更加高效便利的外贸发展环境。

Next, Hangzhou customs will continuously deepen the reform of “clearance, management and service” to service customs clearance well, improve the efficiency of supervision and create the development environment of foreign trade with efficiency and convenience.
