中国网浪潮资讯   如今的义乌有来自100多个国家和地区的1.5万多名常驻外商，每年进出义乌来采购的外商近50万人次。义乌之所以能够留住外商，同时吸引更多的外国人来到义乌，是因为义乌的涉外纠纷调解、国际贸易服务中心的“一站式”服务、外国人参加社保等体制机制的不断完善和城市生活的不断丰富。

CNCAO NEWS Now, there are more than 15,000 resident foreign merchants from over 100 countries and regions with almost 50,000 floating foreign merchants who purchase in Yiwu. The reason why Yiwu keeps foreign merchants and in the meantime attracts more foreigners to Yiwu is the perfection of some systems and mechanisms such as dispute resolution concerning foreign affairs, “one stop” service of international economy and trade service center and foreigners’ access to social security and diversity of city life continuously.

　　义乌是一座融入全球的开放城市。商品出口到全球，市场外向度达65%以上，拥有几千余家涉外机构，现义乌已开通国际班列，为进出口提供更便利的条件。

Yiwu,an opening city, integrates into the world whose goods are exported overseas. It owns thousands of foreign-related insitutions with oever 65% of market extroversion degree. Now, Yiwu has opened international regular trains which provide more convenient conditions for import and export.

　　随着外商和贸易的增多，纠纷发生的几率也在增加。2013年，义乌成立了涉外纠纷人民调解委员会，调解外商在贸易中的纠纷。这里的调解成功率很高，让外国人去解决外国人的问题，这样涉及纠纷的外商就不会觉得不公平。截至今年6月底，涉外调解会成功调解纠纷390起，涉案金额5475.37万元，为中外客商挽回经济损失2818.71万元。

With the increase of the number of foreiners and trade, the odds of disputes happening is increasing also. In 2013, Yiwu founded people’s mediation committee of foreign-related disputes which mediates in trading disputes of foreign merchants. The committee makes foreigners to solve forigners’ own problems which as a result, the foreign merchants related won’t feel unfair and the success rate of mediation is high. By the end of June this year, the committee mediated 390 disputes successfully that the amount of money involved in the case is 54,753,700 yuan with 28,187,100 yuan for retrieve financial lost of Chinese and foreign merchants.

　　如今，义乌的涉外管理服务体系正在日益完善，除了设立国际贸易服务中心，为外商提供“一站式”服务，义乌还为常驻外商发放“国际卡”，让外商在义乌享有基本养老、子女教育等社会保障。

At present, the system of foreign related management and service in Yiwu is perfecting day by day. Besides founding international economy and sevice center and providing “one stop” service for foreign merchants, Yiwu issues “international card” for resident foreign merchants which makes them enjoy the social security including basic pension, children’s education and so on.
