中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间7月28日上午，舟山群岛新区旅游与健康职业学院的波音员工培训中心正式破土动工。

CNCAO NEWS Aviation giant Boeing began construction of a training center for its new manufacturing center in Zhoushan, an island city in East China's Zhejiang province, on July 28.Beijing time.

　　该中心预计于2018年3月完工，作为波音737系列飞机完工和交付中心项目的重要配套之一，波音员工培训中心将为波音舟山项目培育大量的人才“潜力股”。

The center, expected to be completed in March 2018, is a major auxiliary facility for Boeing's B737 completion and delivery center in Zhoushan. It is designed to function as a cradle of talent for the company's first overseas production facility.

　　舟山群岛新区旅游与健康职业学院总投资4000万元（5.95百万美元），培训中心占地面积3200平方米，其中包括一个高顶棚的培训厂房和一幢3层的教学楼。

With a total investment of 40 million yuan ($5.95 million), the training center will occupy an area of 3,200 square meters at Zhoushan Tourism and Health College, including a high-ceilinged workshop and a three-storey teaching building.

　　据学院工作人员介绍，舟山群岛新区旅游与健康职业学院已经为该项目做了大量的准备工作。

Zhoushan Tourism and Health College has done a lot of preparatory work for the project, according to a staff member at the college.

　　该学院还介绍了波音与中国商务飞机公司（COMAC）的一系列话题，从土地利用和建筑设计计划到建筑物内部结构和供暖系统的细节。

The college has discussed a range of topics with Boeing and the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), from plans for land utilization and building design down to the minute details of the buildings' interior structure and heating systems, the staff member added.

　　培训中心建设完成后，将迎来其第一批50名学员。培训中心的招聘人员主要针对来自航空专业的高材生，特别是那些在机械结构、航空电子电气、喷漆蒙皮方面的专业人士。

Once the training center is completed, it will welcome its first group of 50 trainees. The training center's recruitment staff is targeting senior students from aviation majors, especially those with expertise in paint spraying, avionics and machinery maintenance.

　　目前已经有6名有实力的准教员通过了波音和舟山市联合举办的理论，实践和品德测试。

So far, six instructors for the training center have passed interviews and theory, practical and personality tests jointly organized by Boeing, COMAC and Zhoushan city.

　　六位教练将在美国接受三个月的专业培训。之后，他们将和公司美国总部派到该地的三名专家一起负责培训舟山的未来波音员工。

The six instructors will receive three months of professional training in the United States. After that, they will be responsible for training future Boeing staff members in Zhoushan, along with three experts who are being sent to the city from the company's US headquarters.
