中国网浪潮资讯 中国首个与国际接轨的国际航行船舶保税燃油供应行业规范《中国（浙江）自由贸易试验区国际航行船舶保税燃油供应业务操作规范辨识说明》于北京时间7月28日向社会公布。此说明是受中国浙江自贸区舟山港综合保税区管委会委托，由中国石油流通协会船用油业委员负责（牵头）组织编制，并于今年2月份正式启动，内容共计十个章节的业务操作规范及14个附录，涉及通讯油品、安全、防污染以及说明书等相关文件方面。此举将大大推进自贸区油品供应业务的发展。

CNCAO NEWS  Chinsese first Operation conditions of bonded and fuel supply business for International ship which called “Operation conditions of bonded and fuel supply business for International ship of Zhejiang pilot Free trade zone” was published on July 28 .This policy was set to work since February this year, under the commission from Zhoushan port comprehensive bonded zone in free trade zone of Zhejiang China and organized by Marine oil industry Commissioner of China Petroleum Circulation Assocaition. It concluding operation conditions in 10 chapters and 14 of appendix which involving the quality , security , anti-pollution and instruction of fuel. This action will greatly promote the development of oil supply business of free trade zoo.

　　浙江自贸区于今年北京时间4月1日挂牌，前期主要任务是探索油品全产业链的投资便利化和贸易自由化、打造东北亚保税燃油供应中心的目标。今年6月上旬，自贸区首次颁发授权后的4家新增企业资质证书，与此同时，自贸区管委会未雨绸缪，着手制订行业规范。

Zhejiang free trade zoo was listed in April 1, and the main missions in early period are facilitation and liberalization of trade in order to make a bonded fuel supply center of Northeast Asia. 4 of new enterprises have been issued qualification certificates In early June this year, at the same time, the Management Committee of free trade zoo gone ahead with operation conditions.

　　作为地方标准，《国际航行船舶保税燃油供应业务操作规范》已获得国内燃供企业普遍一致的认可，下步要申报成为国家的行业标准。

Operation conditions of bonded and fuel supply business for International ship have been accepted as a local standards by domestic fuel enterprises then it will be declared as a national industry standard.
