中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间7月28日，金砖国家税务局长会议在杭州闭幕。此次会议，从税收领域为金砖国家领导人厦门会晤做好了有关准备。

CNCAO NEWS On July 28th Beijing time, the Meeting of BRICS Head Tax Authorities closed in Hangzhou. The meeting was prepared for the meeting of BRICS leaders in Xiamen in the tax field.

　　此次会议，建立了金砖国家税务合作制度性机制。联合签署了金砖国家税务合作的第一份机制性文件——《金砖国家税务合作备忘录》，首次以官方文件形式将金砖国家税收领域合作上升至制度层面，标志着金砖国家税务合作机制建设进入了一个新的时期。

This meeting has established the institutional mechanism for tax cooperation among BRICS, jointly signed the first institutional document on tax cooperation between BRICS -- Tax cooperation memorandum of BRICS. For the first time, the cooperation of BRICS in tax cooperation has been raised to the institutional level in the form of official documents,  indicating that the tax cooperation mechanism in the BRICS has entered a new period.

　　此外，该会议还在深化落实国际税改成果共同应对挑战的认识、达成税收信息交换合作的共识、作出提升相互协商程序效率的承诺、制定税收征管能力建设合作方案、规划税收政策与征管协调的路径、推进税收经验共享机制建设等方面取得了极大进展。

In addition, the meeting also made great progress in these aspects, including deepening the  understanding of the common challenges of implementing international tax reform, reaching an  agreement of tax information exchange cooperation, making a commitment to improve the efficiency of the mutual consultation procedure, formulating the cooperation plan for tax collection and management ability construction, planning the path of tax policy and management coordination, promoting the construction of tax experience sharing mechanism, etc.
