“我省城镇危旧房治理三年行动计划确定的目标任务，提前半年完成！”这个民生福音，近日从浙江省建设厅传来。社会各界一片赞扬。

　　截至6月30日，全省累计完成城镇危旧房治理19717幢、1289.5万平方米，为城镇危旧房治理三年行动计划总量的100%！“通过‘腾、拆、修、控’等强力措施，我省全面消除了已经查明的城镇住危旧宅房屋安全隐患。”省建设厅厅长项永丹介绍说，从19717幢危旧房的治理方式来看，采取成片改造2267幢，占11.5%；维修加固5372幢，占27.2%；重建和回购1610幢，占8.2%；采取监控防危等其他措施10468幢，占53.1%。“城镇危旧房治理”——作为省政府确定的今年十方面民生实事之一，提前交出了第一份满意答卷，向人民报告！

My dear citizens, the old house remediation in towns and cities, as one of ten welfare projects of People’s Government of Zhejiang in 2017, has been perfectly accomplished ahead of schedule!
