中国网浪潮资讯 作者7月20日从省高院获悉，今年1月至6月，全省法院受理各类案件81.2万件、办结69.8万件，同比分别上升13.25%和7.51%，收案数居全国第三位，结案数居第二位。

CNCAO NEWS On July 20, Reporters learned from Zhejiang Higher People’s Court that 812,000 cases of various kinds have been handled in Zhejiang courts and 698,000 cases have been closed from January to June this year, a year on year increase of 13.25% and 7.51% respectively. The number of accepted cases ranks the third in the country and that of closed cases the second.

　　去年以来，浙江法院以“最多跑一次，最好不用跑”诉讼服务理念为指引，以信息化技术为支撑，在全国率先全面开展“大立案、大服务、大调解”三大机制建设，为社会提供更多、更好的司法产品。截至目前，全省法院已网上立案20.88万件，跨域立案1363件，34家法院完成新型诉讼服务中心建设，全省法院诉前化解率达9.93%，有效提升人民群众对司法的获得感、对法院工作的满意度和对司法公信的认可度。

Under the guidance of the “at-most-one-time-presence and no-presence-for-the-best” principle for litigation services, Zhejiang courts has taken the lead in the construction of the three mechanics of “big case registration, big services, and big mediation” with the support of information technology since last year, in a bid to provide the society with more and better judicial products. Up till now, 208,800 cases registered via online platform and 1363 cases of cross domains have been investigated in Zhejiang. Besides, 34 courts have completed the construction of new litigation centers. The pre-litigation settlement rate in the province has reached 9.93%. People’s judicial sense of gain, satisfaction with court work, and recognition of judicial credibility have been enhanced with great efficiency.

　　下一步，浙江法院将深化司法改革和司法为民服务，高水平全面建设“三大机制”，为我省实现“两个高水平”目标提供更有力的司法保障。

Next, Zhejiang will further deepen the judicial reform and improve judicial services for the people through the high-level comprehensive construction of the “three big mechanics” in a bid to provide more powerful judicial safeguard for the goal of “Two High Levels”.
