CNCAO NEWS Now there is an elephant called Hangzhou in Kenya, Africa. At 2 p.m. on July 24, Jack Ma, chairman of the Board of Alibaba, wrote on weibo that, he will call the elephant Hangzhou that he was honored with naming rights by the government of Kenya.

　　肯尼亚当地时间7月20日，马云以联合国特别顾问的身份首次造访非洲。Nailab联合创始人SamGichuru向马云赠送了一头非洲小象的领养权，SamGichuru说，今天非洲的小企业和创业者就像是刚刚出生的小象一样，希望马云带来的互联网思想能够帮助这些年轻创业者成长，终有一天，他们将成长为大象。

On July 20 of local time in Kenya, Jack Ma visited Africa for the first time as UN Special Adviser .SamGichuru, co-founder of Nailab presented adoption rights of an African elephant to Jack Ma. SamGichuru said, small businesses and entrepreneurs of today’s Africa are like newly born little elephants. I hope that thoughts of internet brought by Jack Ma can help these young entrepreneurs grow up. And one day, they will grow up to be elephants.

　　据肯尼亚政府方面确认，在非洲大象保护领域，这将是全球范围内首次被获准以城市命名。

It is confirmed by the government of Kenya that, in conservation field of African elephants, it will be the first that an elephant is named after a city name.
