中国网浪潮资讯  宁波的天封塔和万工花轿首次入选国家的外交封。北京时间7月21日上午，宁波邮政各集邮网点开始限量发售这枚刚从北京运来、含有宁波元素的《中国——哥斯达黎加建交十周年》外交封。

CNCAO NEWS Tianfeng Tower and Wangong Sedan, which takes ten thousands labor-hours to make, hence the name “Wangong, from Ningbo are selected into PFTN-WJ for the first time. On the morning of July 21 Beijing Time, the PFTN-WJ for the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Costa Rica which was from Beijing with Ningbo elements sell in limited numbers at Ningbo post offices.

　　宁波天封塔始建于中国唐朝时期，现存的天封塔为中国江南特有的典型仿宋阁楼式砖木结构塔。是“海上丝绸之路”的重要文化遗存。

Tianfeng Tower in Ningbo was firstly constructed in China's Tang Dynasty and the existing one is masonry-timber-structured tower with loft in imitated Song style which is typical in the regions south of the Yangtze River. And it is a significant cultural relic of Maritime Silk Road.

　　宁波万工花轿则代表了中国国家级非遗“朱金漆木雕”的最高水平。花轿长2米、宽1米、高2.8米、重约200公斤，需要8个人肩抬，由国家级非遗代表性传承人陈盖洪等耗时3年打造完成。

Wangong Sedan represents the top level of "carving with gold laquer in wood " of China's national intangible cultural heritage. The sedan is 2m long, 1m wide and 2.8m high with the weight of nearly 200 kg which requires eight people to lift. It takes 3 years to build for Chen Gaihong and other representative hiers of national intangible cultural heritage.

　　据介绍，外交封是中国邮政于1999年1月1日起发行的系列（外交）纪念封，是由外交部和对方国家驻华大使馆合作才能发行的重要邮品，外交封上的元素代表中国。

It is introduced that PFTN-WJ is a series of (diplomatic) commemorative envelopes launched by China post since January 1 in 1991 and it is the key philatelic item that is only issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other countries’embassy in China could. The elements on the PFTN-WJ represents China.
