中国网浪潮资讯 作者从宁波市人才服务中心了解到，自今年4月1日国家对《外国专家证》和《外国人就业许可》两证整合3个月以来，宁波市共办理《外国人就业许可证》1065张，其中来自韩、美、日三国的从业人员占6成以上。韩国242人占22.7%，美国占22.3%，日本占20.2%。

CNCAO NEWS Reporters learned from the Ningbo Talents Service Center that since our country integrates two certificates, “Foreign Expert Certificate” and “Foreigner Employment Permit ” in April 1st this year, Ningbo handled a total of 1065 foreigners employment licences, among which South Korea, the USA and Japan accounts for 60%. The employees of South Korea are 242, which account for22.7%, while those of the United States account for 22.3%, Japan account for 20.2%.

　　同时，随着“一带一路”建设的推进，来自中东欧16国的从业人员也出现激增态势，其中来自波兰的从业人员显得最为活跃。据宁波市相关人才服务部门工作人员预测，中东欧来宁波工作的人数在今年年内会是过去20年间的人数总和。

Meanwhile, with the development of “The Belt and Road” construction, the number of workers from 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe has increased rapidly. Among them, employees from Poland are the most active. According to the prediction of the relevant staff of Ningbo Talents Service Center, the number of people working in Ningbo from Central and Eastern Europe will be the total number of workers over the past 20 years.

　　上年度，宁波市从金砖国家、中东和“一带一路”沿线国家进口同比分别增长19.5%.15.2%和10.6%。“一带一路”建设的推进，正不断促进相关行业产业发展和人才交流。

In the last year, the import of Ningbo from the BRICS, the Midle East and the countries along “The Belt and Road" increased by 19.5%, 15.2% and 10.6% respectively.
