中国网浪潮资讯 作者7月18日从省商务厅获悉，今年1月至6月，我省新备案和审批外商投资企业1409家，投资总额238.1亿美元，合同外资156.8亿美元，实际外资100.3亿美元，合同外资和实际外资同比分别增长31.9％和8.1％，实际外资进度完成省政府考核年度目标62%。

CNCAO NEWS On July 18, reporters learned from Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce that from January to June this year, Zhejiang registered and approved 1409 new foreign-funded enterprises, with a total investment of $23.81 billion, $15.68 billion of contract value, up 31.9% year on year, $10.03 billion in actual use, up 8.1% year on year. The goal made by the provincial government to use foreign investment has been completed by 62%.

　　今年以来，我省新投资项目中千万美元以上大项目占绝大部分。前6月总投资1000万美元以上项目400个，比去年同期增加123个，投资总额226.1亿美元，合同外资138.6亿美元，投资总额和合同外资分别占总数的95.0%和88.4%，同比分别增长21.0%和36.7%。其中，新增投资总额1亿美元以上企业34家，投资总额104.4亿美元，涉及生物医药、新材料、新能源、物流、投资性公司等行业。

Most of the newly-invested projects are valued over 10 million dollars in Zhejiang this year. Of all the projects introduced into Zhejiang in the first six months, 400 are over $10 million each, 123 more compared to the same period last year. The investment arrives at $22.61 billion in total, accounting for 95.0% of the total foreign investment, up 21.0% year on year; $13.85 billion is in terms of contract value, accounting for 88.4% of the total, up36.7% year on year. 34 more enterprises, ranging from such industries as biomedicine, new materials, new energy and logistics, have been introduced into Zhejiang with an investment of more than $100 million each, and the total investment is $10.44 billion.

　　第三产业和高新技术投资增长迅速是另一大亮点。1月至6月第三产业实际利用外资66.2亿美元，同比增长17.2%，占总量的比重为66.0%。高新技术制造业实际外资6.9亿美元，同比增长52.0%；高新技术服务业实际外资14.6亿美元，同比增长110.7%，其中信息服务、研发与设计服务、专业技术服务、技术检测等均大幅增长。

Another highlight is the increase in the investment in the service sector and hi-tech industries. The actual use of foreign investment in the service sector from January to June this year is $6.62 billion, with a year on year increase of 17.2%, accounting for 66.0% of the total. In terms of hi-tech manufacturing industries, $690 million is used, a year on year increase of 52.0%. The use in hi- tech service industries is $1.46 billion, a year on year increase of 110.7%. In addition, the service industries in relation to information, R&D and design, special technologies, and technical testing also see a significant growth.

　　今年以来，我省引进世界500强企业投资稳步推进，前6月新批世界500强投资企业11个，投资总额3.7亿美元，合同外资1.4亿美元。截至目前，我省已累计批准174家世界500强投资的企业558个。

Zhejiang has been steadily promoting the investment from Fortune Global 500 companies since the beginning of the year. In the first six months, 11 enterprises funded by t Fortune Global 500 companies have been approved, with a total investment of $370 million, including $140 million of contract value. Up till now, Zhejiang has approved 558 enterprises invested by 174 of Fortune Global 500 companies.
