中国网浪潮资讯 作者近日从浙江省农业厅获悉，今年浙江省春粮面积、亩产、总产预计实现“三增长”，同时春茶、水果等经济作物质量提高、效率加快明显，特色精品农产品产销两旺。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, reporters learned from Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture that Zhejiang is expected to reap a spring harvest of “triple increases” in terms of cultivated area, yield per unit area and gross yield; also, cash crops like spring tea and fruits flourish in quality and efficiency, and featured, high-end agricultural products prevail both in production and in marketing.

　　春粮丰收、春茶畅销形势喜人的背后，是浙江加快推进农业供给侧结构性改革成效初显。根据浙江省党代会精神，浙江省农业厅始终坚持绿色可持续发展的方向，在稳定粮食增产的同时做大做强优势特色产业，切实提高农业综合效益和竞争力。

Behind the coming bumper harvest and thriving production and marketing of spring tea lies the initial achievement generated from Zhejiang’s accelerated supply-side reforms in agriculture. Following the spirit of the Provincial CPC Congress, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture has pursued green, sustainable agriculture. While focusing on steady increase in grain output, the Department has made great efforts to move characteristic sectors with comparative advantages toward economy of scale and high competitiveness, elevating the comprehensive benefits and competitiveness of Zhejiang’s agriculture.

　　绿色可持续是供给侧结构性改革的核心。今年1月至6月，浙江省化肥减量1.4万吨、农药减量329吨，回收农药废弃包装物1464吨，这是浙江实施多样化试点与项目的成果。浙江不断深化现代生态循环农业试点，组织推进绿色农业行动计划，制定实施《剿灭劣V类水——农业水环境治理行动方案》，推进整洁田园建设。

Green and sustainable agriculture is central and essential to supply-side reform in agriculture. From January to June, Zhejiang cut 14,000 tons of chemical fertilizer and 329 tons of pesticide in consumption, and recycled 1,464 tons of pesticide packaging waste, which is a result of various pilots and projects that Zhejiang has implemented. Zhejiang has kept deepening its pilot reform in modern ecological circular agriculture, advanced the green agriculture action plan, drafted and implemented Eliminating Below Class-V Waters—The Action Plan for Agricultural Governance of Water Environment, making it possible for a clean and clear farming landscape to emerge.

　　浙江畜牧绿色发展在质量和规模上取得进展。浙江各地扎实推进每年出栏5000头以上养猪场粪污处理设施建设，目前已经完成190个，占目标总数的75%。89个县制定完成“一县一案、一场一策”，3546个大规模农场已经安装智能化防控设施。

Green husbandry in Zhejiang is making headway both in quality and scale. Across Zhejiang, solid work has been done to phase in manure treatment for swine farms that produce over 5,000 sows. So far, 190 swine farms have installed facilities for manure treatment, accounting for 75% of the targets. 89 counties have formulated and finalized what is called “One Case for One County, One Policy for One Swine Farm”. 3,546 large-scale farms have installed smart facilities for prevention and control.
