中国网浪潮资讯 最近，Mark　Pitalnik正在纽约到处演讲，目的只有一个，就是融资，而他的创业项目却在杭州富春江畔，那是一个带着“美国基因”的老年护养中心；而另一个美国人Dore　Mark，也从上海浦东机场登上了飞往美国的航班，这次回去，他打算在硅谷成立公司的研发基地，而他的公司却在杭州未来科技城。而在杭州创业20年，已获得外国人永久居留证的日本人久积三郎表示，他比杭州人更爱杭州。

And Hisadumi Miro, the Japanese who has started up business in Hangzhou for 20 years, and has been obtained the permanent residence permit for foreigners said, he loves Hangzhou more than Hangzhou people.

        数据显示，杭州有常住外国人口1.6万，其中包含大量的“外籍创客”，他们有的做出口外贸，有的做跨境电商，有的做文化创意，还有的做科技研发，成为杭州城市国际化战略下一道靓丽的风景。这些“外籍创客”主要聚居在滨江和未来科技城。

The data showed, Hangzhou has a resident foreign population for 16 thousand, including vast “Foreign entrepreneurs”.         分析称常住外国人口是一个城市国际化程度的重要衡量指标。不管是留学生、企业高管，还是“外籍创客”，这些群体的存在，不仅加强了国与国之间的经贸往来，也促进了文化交流。

The analyzation said that the resident foreign population is an important measure of the internationalization of a city, whatever the overseas students, executives and “ foreign entrepreneurs ” , the existence of these groups, not only strengthen the economic and trade exchanges between countries, but also promote cultural exchanges.
