中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间7月8日上午，浙江杭州与中国工程院签署了科技合作协议。

CNCAO NEWS On the morning of July 8,Beijing time, Zhejiang signed a scientific and technological cooperation agreement with Chinese Academy of Engineering in Hangzhou.

　　签约前，省委书记、省人大常委会主任车俊与中国工程院院长周济、党组书记李晓红一行座谈。省委副书记、省长袁家军与周济签署合作协议。

Before the signing, Che Jun, Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress held a panel discussion with Zhou Ji, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Li Xiaohong, Secretary of Party Group. Yuan Jiajun, Vice Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Governor, signed a cooperation agreement with Zhou Ji.

　　根据合作协议，双方将在重大战略研究咨询，推进“五水共治”等重大民生工程，推进信息经济、智能制造等战略性新兴产业发展，推进人工智能2.0和工业4.0的发展，推进浙江省国家科技成果转移转化示范区、浙江省国家信息经济示范区、杭州国家自主创新示范区、杭州城西科创大走廊等科技创新大平台建设，推动院士专家工作站健康发展，推进各类创新载体建设发展，开展学术活动、加强学术引领和加强人才团队建设等方面开展深度合作，加快浙江创新型省份和科技强省建设。

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will research and consult on crucial strategies to promote foremost livelihood projects like “Five-water Governance”, to propel the development of strategic new industries like information economy and intelligent manufacturing, to boost the development of Artificial Intelligence 2.0 and Industry 4.0, to advance the construction of major platforms for science, technology and innovation such as Zhejiang Transfer and Transformation of National Sci-tech Achievements Demonstrative Zone, Zhejiang National Information Economy Demonstrative Zone, Hangzhou National Independent Innovation Demonstrative Zone and West Hangzhou Sci-tech Innovation Corridor, to carry forward the sound development of Academician and Expert Workstations. Besides, they plan to promote the construction and development of various types of innovation carriers and deepen the cooperation on increasing academic activities, strengthening academic-driven direction and talent team building so as to accelerate the construction of innovative province and scientifically powerful province.
